OSCAR® Vegetable Bouillon Paste 1 kg

OSCAR® Vegetable Bouillon Paste is a good, strong base that goes well in vegetable-based dishes, as a base in a barley risotto or as a seasoning in a lentil stew. If you need a little sweetness and herbs in a meat stew, you can flavor the dish with Vegetable Bouillon.

Bucket with 1 kg of paste yields 51 liters of broth.

The product is also available in a 5 kg bucket.
A bucket with 5 kg of bouillon paste yields 255 liters of broth.

Instructions for use:
• Dosage 20 g bouillon paste per liter of water. The paste can be dissolved in boiling water or added directly to the dish when used as a seasoning.

Storage before and after opening:
