The combination of powerful jus and the delicate taste of fried meat and skin gives character and strength. Use Roasted Chicken Paste for your fried poultry dishes, and also for fish and shellfish, for example. Use it as a flavor enhancer in rich sauces, glaze vegetables to give them shine and flavor, and to flavor warm vinaigrettes. You can also brush this glace in paste form directly on the meat before and during frying.

Instructions for use:
• Whisk the product in boiling or cold water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 3 minutes. For the stock base, use 80 g per 1 liter of water.

Storage before opening:
• At room temperature.

Storage after opening:
• In the refrigerator at +5°C.
