OSCAR® Lowsalt Chicken Bouillon Granulate 4 kg

OSCAR® Lowsalt Chicken Bouillon Granulate has a mild and genuine chicken flavour, which is good in light dishes with poultry, and as a base in e.g. polenta. The chicken bouillon can also be used as a seasoning for vegetables, potatoes and poultry before cooking. You can make lots of different barbecue rubs with chicken bouillon granules as a base. When you cook chicken/poultry, you can add chicken bouillon so that you preserve as much juice and flavour as possible.

A bucket with 4 kg of granules yields 504 litres of broth.

Instructions for use:
• Dosage: 8 g granules per liter of water. Add to boiling water or directly to the dish while heating.

Storage before and after opening:
• At room temperature.
