OSCAR® Lowsalt Fish Bouillon Granulate 4 kg

OSCAR® Lowsalt Fish Bouillon Granulate has a mild and fine authentic fish flavour that goes very well in, for example, a bouillabaisse. Feel free to use the granules when you are poaching or boiling something, so that you preserve as much juice and flavour as possible. You can also make a rub with the granules when you are smoking or grilling fish, for example.

A bucket with 4 kg of granules yields 504 litres of bouillon.

Instructions for use:
• Dosage: 8 g granules per liter of water. Add to boiling water or directly to the dish while heating.

Storage before and after opening:
• At room temperature.
