
OSCAR® Liquid Roux 2 l
This unique solution is free from palm oil, gluten and allergens. Thanks to its liquid form, the roux is easy to use and is easily soluble. You can therefore count on an optimal, immediate solution based on all different conditions. The liquid roux also does not lose its structure when frozen or vacuum-packed at temperatures above 90°C. vacuum-packed at temperatures.
Instructions for use:
• 100 ml/l. Bring your sauce, soup or dish to the boil, add the liquid roux and let it cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
Storage before and after opening:
• At room temperature.
