Arla foods is a farmer-owned cooperative, together we are 2,500 dairy farmers in Sweden and a total of about 10,000 farmers in northern Europe who own Arla. There is a good chance that you have an Arla farmer near your home - seven out of ten Swedes have an Arlagård as the nearest dairy farm. Arla Unika Den Hvide Dame
We make Den Hvide Dame at Troldhede Dairy, where there is a proud tradition of blue cheese. In Den HvideDame, we have tripled the milk's natural fat content of cream. This raises the cheese to 75+, a dairy technical expression for the proportion of fat in dry curd. In the finished cheese, this means a fat content of just under 50%. The buttery cheese is balanced with the yeast culture Geotrichum, which gives a crispy, thin, white mold surface. The basic idea behind the cheese: With Den Hvide Dame, we wanted to investigate the properties of high fat contents. The result was a cheese with an excellent balance between fat and acid.
Falbygdens GranRes Svecia 24mån 28% hårdost
Classic Swedish cheese made according to an original recipe dating back to the 13th century. Falbygdens® GranRes Svecia is carefully aged for 24 months, allowing it to become really strong and rich in flavor. It is powerful with creaminess, salty, piquant acids, pleasant bitterness and a long aftertaste. Serve it as a hard cheese for a cheese platter, on a buffet or as a tasty cooking cheese in dishes where the cheese should take center stage – for example in risotto, pie, sauce and salad.
Arla Pro stabil natural cream cheese 25%
Arla® Pro Fresh Cheese Natural & Stable 25% is suitable for all types of baking. It is well suited to mixing with other ingredients and the product adds high stability over time regardless of pastry or dessert, without releasing whey. This is the perfect fresh cheese for baked cheese cake, mousse and fillings for croissants or other pastries. It also works great for frosting and other decorations. The product comes in a new practical packaging, which is easy to work with and to recycle.
Arla Pro soft ice mix 2l
Arla® Pro soft ice cream mix is developed to melt slowly and works both in soft ice cream machine and paco jet. It has a natural vanilla flavor and is also available as lactose-free for soft ice cream machines. The product contains non-hardened vegetable fat and natural aroma.

Arla® Pro Lactose-free soft ice cream mix for soft ice cream machines. Developed to melt slowly, with natural vanilla flavor. The product is lactose-free, contains non-hydrogenated vegetable fat and natural flavor.
