Avena Bake (tidigare Goda Kakor i Skåne AB) grundades 2006, och var då verksamma inom segmentet torra kakor, 2008 övergick vår verksamhet helt till Bake-off produkter. Vårt sortiment består av såväl klassiska till unika produkter, med vårt unika sortimentet skapar vi en avdelning som tillför marknaden något nytt. Produkterna tillverkas såväl i Sverige som i övriga Europa och våra kunder finns inom dagligvaruhandeln samt hotell och restaurang. Vi strävar alltid efter att ha den högsta kvalité som finns att tillgå inom branschen, då vi anser att bageriprodukter skall vara tillverkat av de bästa råvaror som finns att tillgå. Aviko was founded in 1962 by 32 potato farmers in the Netherlands and has since grown into a global player. In 2002, Aviko became part of Royal Cosun, a leading agricultural cooperative with around 11,000 growers. With a genuine passion for potatoes, we supply the restaurant industry with the best products of the highest quality. Banana Cph has developed a circular concept, where we collaborate with local suppliers and grocery stores to collect surplus bananas that would otherwise be discarded. These bananas are peeled and transformed into banana puree, which serves as the base in all our products. Up to 40% of bananas are discarded at harvest, and supermarkets throw away millions more every day. Banana Cph reintegrates these waste bananas into the food system, giving them a second chance. Banana Cph har utvecklat ett cirkulärt koncept i samarbete med lokala leverantörer och livsmedelsbutiker, med syftet att samla in överskottsbananer som annars skulle ha kastats. Dessa bananer skalas och bearbetas till bananpuré, som utgör grunden i alla våra produkter. Upp till 40 % av alla bananer kasseras redan vid skörden, och livsmedelsbutiker slänger dessutom miljontals varje dag. Banana Cph återinför dessa överskottsbananer i livsmedelssystemet och ger dem en andra chans.

JUICE DEVELOPED FOR COCKTAILS AND GASTRONOMY BARDJUS is a Danish niche company that produces 100% organic and cold-pressed juice for cocktails and gastronomy. We select the best fruits according to the season and squeeze them gently to avoid bitterness from the peel. The freshly squeezed juice is untreated, double filtered, bottled directly and then frozen. Shelf-life of our products are 2 years. At BARDJUS we are specialized in freshly sqeezed lemon-, lime- and ginger juice. Our customers are using our juices for cocktails, ice-cream, beer, lemonade, soft drink, sirup, marinade and a lot more. We are offering a convenient juice, for small and large batches, retail and wholesale. We are proud supplier of the Danish and Scandinavian championships in Cocktails.
