Self-Order Kiosks

Quintet’s Self-Order Kiosks enable guests to place their own orders and offer restaurants an intuitive way to add upsell options that drive higher order value. Guests can take all the time they need to browse the menu and place their order, creating a more relaxed and pleasant ordering experience. Because the kiosks handle the ordering process, fewer staff members are needed, as a cashier is no longer required at every register.

Using the Quintet Portal, restaurants can easily update their kiosk screens—whether it’s changing visuals, adjusting menu items, or instantly marking products as out of stock. These real-time updates help avoid confusion and ensure customers always see accurate, up-to-date information.

The kiosks are fully integrated with Quintet’s kitchen management system, ensuring real-time order updates for both guests and crew. Once an order is placed, it instantly appears on a kitchen-facing screen for processing, while guests can track their order status on the Order-Ready screen.
