Self-Order Kiosks
Quintet’s Self-Order Kiosks enable guests to place their own orders and offer restaurants an intuitive way to add upsell options that drive higher order value. Guests can take all the time they need to browse the menu and place their order, creating a more relaxed and pleasant ordering experience. Because the kiosks handle the ordering process, fewer staff members are needed, as a cashier is no longer required at every register. Using the Quintet Portal, restaurants can easily update their kiosk screens—whether it’s changing visuals, adjusting menu items, or instantly marking products as out of stock. These real-time updates help avoid confusion and ensure customers always see accurate, up-to-date information. The kiosks are fully integrated with Quintet’s kitchen management system, ensuring real-time order updates for both guests and crew. Once an order is placed, it instantly appears on a kitchen-facing screen for processing, while guests can track their order status on the Order-Ready screen.

Digital Menu Boards
Quintet’s digital menu boards allow you to display your full menu with clear, visually appealing content that attracts customers at both the ordering counter and the digital drive-thru. You can highlight specific products—such as seasonal items, new launches, or promotional offers—and provide key information like prices, calories, and allergens. Everything can be easily updated and modified in real time via the Quintet Portal. The system also supports dayparting, enabling you to show different menus depending on the time of day, hour, or week. This ensures that the right offerings are always presented to customers, and all settings can be easily managed through the Quintet Portal.

Kitchen Order Management System
Quintet’s kitchen order management system allows you to streamline your kitchen workflow, giving your team full control over every step of the preparation process. The system lets you organize your kitchen into different zones based on your operational needs, such as drinks, food, sides, and more. Each zone is clearly defined, and there is always a pick-up screen showing the entire order and its current status. This ensures your team knows exactly which parts of the order are completed and which still need preparation, reducing mistakes and keeping the kitchen workflow efficient and organized. Customers receive the right and complete order every time. The Restaurant Manager is a kitchen tablet that provides an overview of all your other digital Quintet devices and allows you to manage products across your restaurant. From the Restaurant Manager, you can mark items as sold out in real time, and these updates immediately appear on both your self-order kiosks and digital menu boards.
