OSCAR® Veal Bouillon Granulate have a mild authentic veal taste with just the right amount of sweetness. Use the granulate as a base in a sauce, in stews with veal, or when seasoning a roast. You can also make a barbecue rub with Veal Bouillon Granulate, for example for ribs or flank steak. Bucket with 600 g of granules gives 30.5 liters of broth.
