OSCAR® Signature Vegetable Demi Glace is a vegetable alternative to a classic Demi Glace. Demi Glacen's texture and consistency comes from aquafaba. It has sweet notes from the vegetables and contains onions, mushrooms and star anise which make it rich in umami.

It is a sauce base you can use for dishes where you would otherwise use a traditional Demi Glace. OSCAR® Signature Vegetable Demi Glace is suitable for both meat and fish dishes as well as dishes where the vegetables are the focus. OSCAR® Signature Greens Demi Glace is easy to work with and can be reduced for more intense flavor and thicker texture. 100% natural ingredients, no additives and no added salt.

1 liter of glace is cooked on 1.26 kg of vegetables and mushrooms.

Instructions for use:
• Use directly from the package.

Storage before opening:
• At room temperature.

Storage after opening:
• In the refrigerator at +5°C.
