With OSCAR® Premium Dark Veal Paste you get a glace with an intensely roasted veal flavor from veal demi glace, veal extract and beef stock concentrate. The strong meat flavor is complemented by the flavor of aromatic vegetables. Use it, for example, as a base for your brown sauces, when simmering and stewing, for braising and for glazing vegetables. You can also brush this glace in paste form directly onto the meat before and during frying.
