Mediterranean Vegetable Tatin
The Mediterranean Vegetable Tatin is a product suitable for vegetarian diets made from a base of puff pastry and vegetables. What’s more, it offers a wide variety of tastes and textures enabling your customers to produce a real culinary voyage. You will appreciate the fast, easy preparation. With a diameter of 9 cm the Mediterranean Vegetable Tatin provides good plate cover thus facilitating a presentation with clean lines.

Green Vegetable Waffle
This Waffle is made from a short and high-quality list of ingredients: green vegetables (zucchini, peas, spinach), French potatoes, emmental, whole eggs, and a subtle seasoning made of basil, garlic, and salt. It fits perfectly into a delicious and original vegetarian offering. Baking in the oven without fat gives a crispy texture on the outside and a soft interior, making it an ideal option for a healthy, balanced, and enjoyable meal.

Potato Waffle
Developed by our Chefs, our Potato Waffles are a savoury waffles made with more than 41% potatoes grown by our farmer partner in Brittany. This savoury waffles are also made with a short list of high-quality ingredients and a balanced seasoning including pepper, salt and chives. Savoury waffles are very easy to prepare and use by simply heating in the oven. Our savoury waffles, or Potato Waffles, are quite practical with a flat side that works well for many uses: as a side for traditional restaurants, as a sandwich base, on a brunch menu or for a savoury buffet.

Premium Potato Gratin
The Premium Potato Gratin is made adhering to the traditional recipe (cream, milk, eggs, garlic) with Emmental and potatoes of French origin. This very short list of ingredients guarantees a creamy, melting texture, giving a velvety smooth product. This essential side dish stands out with its artisanal appearance and authentic taste. Fast and simple presentation with its individual portion. This packaging also enables you to control losses. Once defrosted, we guarantee product quality for 2 days.

Potato Gratin With White Truffle 1%
Free-range eggs, white summer truffles, milk and cream, we use precious, high quality ingredients so that this gratin expresses its entire taste intensity. This elegant side dish stands out with its top-of-the-range recipe, ideal for Christmas celebration menus. It goes perfectly with white fish and poultry with cream. Due to its individual portion format, this product offers you practicality in presentation and perfect control of portion costs and losses.

Art Deco Petits Fours
Caramel choux bun, vanilla and raspberry spiral or chocolate praline Merveilleux, these recipes bridge the gap between tradition and modernity. This tray of sweet Art Deco Petits Fours is available in Food Service and Cash and Carry format.

Traditional Petits Fours
A collection of distinct, simple flavours from the 4 fruit recipes and the 4 chocolate or caramel recipes: chocolate éclair, strawberry gateau, lemon almondine, raspberry shortbread, cocoa tartlet, opéra, etc. What’s more the hand-made finishes provided a flawless, artisanal appearance. The items on this Traditional tray have been reworked to provide ideal finger food and to make them retain their shape longer at room temperature.

Rive Droite Macarons
Our macarons enjoy an authentic, artisan appearance due to their rich ground almond content (18.1%). We guarantee you shells that melt in the middle, due to our mastery of the Italian meringue. - Quality guaranteed for 10 days after defrosting. - Suitable for numerous occasions, for both on-site catering and take-away.
