Range QUADRO advantages QUADRO gas variants are equipped with atmospheric gas burners, especially designed by Morello Forni, regular maintenance-free. “IntelTouch System” control interface allows simple yet evolved oven control, programmed with specific “Morello Forni” Firmware that enable automatic or manual oven operation, and various utilities (gas variants). The automatic oven operating system minimizes fuel consumption and reduced need for user attention (gas variants). Steady and improved productivity in comparison with traditional wood ovens. Reduced oven depth, in comparison with circular shaped ovens, to ease operations. Raised wood rack with detachable sides for improved cleaning. A solid metal tubular basement allows oven handling with forklifts. On-site oven assembly is easy. QUADROs are perfect for built-in oven installations. Minimal servicing required.

Pizzarella is a revolutionary machine that won’t stress or mistreat the dough. With its restless aid, rolling a pro-grade pizza base becomes “a piece of cake” for anybody to enjoy. Pizzarella’s main feature is the capability of spreading the dough ball just like a professional pizza chef, to make simple and immediate this process, mastered only after years of apprentice. The rotating bedplate helps user in cooking pizzas without having to turn each one manually, like in “static” ovens. Bedplate cleaning operations are simpler, since gas burners’ and cooking areas are separated. Patented automatic debris cleaning system around the revolving bedplate. Oven upkeep tasks are less, thanks to its maintenance-free gas burners. Cooking top stones are easily replaceable without dismantling or activity closures.
