About us
We develop and produce food in our own factory in Mantorp. Through collaborations, we can improve the Swedish food system and self-sufficiency together with you.
The Stacky's brand has it's foundation in plant-based products with a family of products made with oats, black beans, onions, carrots, chickpea flour and spices. Real ingredients from Sweden and the products are free of additives.
Stacky's slices and minced products are 100% plant-based, while our chicken meatballs and kebabs are hybrid products made from Stacky's recipes and chicken from Bjärefågel. With Stacky's you cook as usual, but smarter.
Under the brand Den Svenska Matfabriken, we produce food in the traditional way. Our recipes are based on all the fantastic ingredients our country has to offer. We often hear that it tastes “just like homemade.” We achieve this by cooking in smaller batches and letting the ingredients take center stage, without strange or artificial processes.

Stacky's smarter meatballs
One half Stacky's and one half Bjärefågel With Stacky's meatballs, you get a tasty classic on your plate, but with a modern twist. In this collaboration, we have combined the well-balanced taste of Stacky's Original with Bjärefågel's slow-growing and well-reputed chicken. The result is a first-class delicious meatball which, in addition to being really tasty, also greatly reduces the carbon footprint compared to regular meatballs. A transition doesn't happen overnight. It's more like a marathon, and most of us have only run the first 200 meters of the race. Stacky's meatballs are created for those of you who want to eat great tasing food and at the same time reduce your consumption of beef at your own pace without compromising on the taste experience
