About Norrlands Kombucha

Hello! My name is Rollo, founder of Norrlands Kombucha, a craft kombucha brewery born in Haparanda, Sweden, almost four years ago.
We create premium, small-batch kombucha made with wild berries from the northern forests and organic tea, naturally fermented to deliver a drink that’s both refreshing and full of life.

What is kombucha?
Kombucha is a naturally fermented tea, rich in probiotics and organic acids that support digestion, boost the immune system, and help the body detoxify — a healthy, vibrant choice for any moment of the day.

Our northern touch
What makes us unique is our use of wild berries grown under the midnight sun — giving them their distinctive northern intensity. Each flavor captures a taste of the north: honest, pure, and full of character.

Awards and recognition
Norrlands Kombucha has received five medals at the Swedish Championships in Artisan Food (SM i Mathantverk) and was honored with First Prize in the Beverage category at the Norrland Gastronomy Awards 2025.

Versatile and growing
We’ve showcased our kombucha at major fairs across Sweden — from food and beer festivals to wellness events — as both a non-alcoholic craft drink and a base for creative cocktails.
Today, our kombucha is enjoyed from northern Sweden to Stockholm and Finland, with plans to expand further across Sweden and beyond.
