About us
Millum Procurement is the largest purchasing system for hotels, restaurants and staff restaurants in the Nordics. Every year more than NOK 12 billion is turned over through the system we have developed. With more than 18,000 users daily, we are constantly improving, thanks to close cooperation with all of them.
We are a neutral link between buyers and suppliers, and our products saves time and money for both parties.
Ever since we started in 2002, we have worked to deliver and optimize a purchasing solutions that will make the job easier for suppliers and buyers in the food service industry. The system manages the entire Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, covering everything from ordering to payment, including ESG functionality.

Millum Procurement is our product for purchasers. This is a procurement system that covers everything from ordering to payment, including EG functionality. The procurement system consists of many modules and functions, which make everyday life in the commercial kitchen more efficient and the operation more profitable. Millum Procurement is divided into different modules that facilitate the management of tasks in the kitchen. Most modules are standard modules that everyone has access to. Optional modules with EG
Some are modules you can choose to add to your procurement system as required.
