About us
Lagerblad Foods started as two chefs' dream to cook good home cooking on a large scale - nowadays the company a versatile food company, which manufactures a wide range of high-quality products.
The minced steaks, meatballs, pies and sausages are made with the same love and care as one did in “grandmothers kitchen"; of real ingredients and according to classic recipes - which also
noticeable in the end result.
Preservation through deep freezing helps us to avoid a lot of preservatives.
Freezer products also provide flexibility due to their long shelf life - you always have nice "fresh" products available from the freezer.
Our production facility, our kitchen, is modern and has many intelligent technical solutions, which contributes to a very high product safety. Our recipes, on the other hand, are classic and traditional, our products should taste and feel homemade.

Breaded Mediterranean steak 60g

Our new vegan chávre bun combines hearty chickpeas, fresh peas and rich Mö chávre plant-based cheese. With a whopping 82% vegetable content, it is not only a delicious choice, but also a smart choice for those who want to eat sustainably and consciously. The bun is gently fried in a cast iron pan to give it the perfect balance between crispy surface and juicy inside – as if made to enhance your meal. A potato and mushroom steak that works great as a side dish for meat or game. With four different kinds of mushrooms and spices like thyme and rosemary, it's just as good in the fall as it is in the spring with bacon.
Chorizo balls 8g
99% meat content means that you do not have to eat a lot to get full. In these small buns you get the good taste of the chorizo sausage but in a new format. Perfect as a buffet food or in a pasta with tomato sauce and sprinkles of mozzarella on top. This little meatball is both gluten-free, milk- and lactose-free and does not contain eggs.
Italian meatball 16g
A meatball with a meat content of 89% and with a taste of Italy where you have, among other things, feel the tone of sun-dried tomatoes and see the roasted peppers in this tasty meatball. This meatball is just as good with pasta, risotto or as part of the buffet. And it does not get worse because it is both gluten-, milk- and lactose-free and that it does not contain eggs. American pancake, lactose-free
A lactose-free delicacy that is perfect for most people! We fry the pancake in a cast iron pan and it both tastes and looks like homemade.

Here, our popular falafel has been changed to a sausage-like format. Our falafel contains only chickpeas, water, oil and spices. It is a vegan delicacy.
Beetroot steak with goat cheese filling 80g
Here, the classic combination of goat cheese and beetroot has found each other. Our vegetable steak contains 7% goat cheese and the vegetable content is 77%. Feel free to serve it in a salad with, for example, honey and walnuts.
Spinach and vegetable steak with cream cheese filling 80g
This spinach and vegetable steak is filled with a mild and creamy cream cheese, which provides a nice contrast to the spinach and peas. The vegetable content is 76% and the cream cheese filling 20%. Fits just as well in a wrap as in a salad. Maybe a new favorite!
Italian vegetable bun 15g
Our vegan bun has taken inspiration from Italy. The flavor combination of tomato, paprika and the typical Italian spices turns into a flavor bomb. It fits perfectly in a pasta dish but is just as good cold as hot, so the possibilities are many.
