About us
Gudruns is one of the few Swedish-owned meat and charcuterie companies with its own slaughterhouse. Thanks to the fact that slaughter, cutting, processing and distribution take place in-house, you have full control at all levels and can guarantee products of the highest quality.
The meat is cut, processed and then packaged in our own factories.
Despite the division, Gudruns is a tight organization, where all ranks are passionate about what they do. This passion, combined with the FSSC 22000 certification, guarantees our high quality.

Pork chop - smoked
This smoked pork chop is the perfect complement to the usual sliced one, it has a nice soft texture that is easy to chew. Traditionally cooked and perfect for salads, pasta etc. The package is aprox. 2,5kg.

Smoked chicken - sliced
This smoked chicken fillet from Sörensen's is mild and lightly smoked. The packaging is in 400g.

Bacon pre-sliced
Pre-sliced bacon packed in rolls of 3kg. The product is smoked and can be eaten immediately without heating. 100% Swedish. Incredibly good!

Salted porkside
With a clear saltiness and wonderful texture. To fry his salted porkside, makes fot the best combo with a swedish potato-bun (called raggmunk). As a rosted pork tasted in the good old days.

Smoked ham - sliced
This smoked ham is to the taste and texture that a ham should taste, clear saltiness and light smoky tones that look great on a crispy sandwich. Packed in 1kg. Always Swedish meat, always made in your own facility. For Gudruns, the entire value chain has its own management.

Barbecue sausage
This barbecue sausage is one of our most popular product, especially by the children. Makes for a happy and easy food experience. Always bred, cut, smoked in our own facilities in Gävle, Stockholm and Skövde. Gudruns has the entire valuechain under the same roof. 100% family-owned 100% Swedish.

Lunch sausage
Gudrun's lunch sausage is as classic as it gets, in the model Swedish thick cooked & smoked sausage (in the same family-sausages as bratwurst, but milder in taste). It is not a sausage that is eaten for today's breakfast, which we today call lunch. Made in natural skin & packaging of 1200g. Chorizo 78%
The slightly hotter sausage, a classic strong sausage whose red color comes from red pepper. Of course, the sausage has a high meat content of 78%, to get the right texture and good chewing experience. Chorizo is stuffed in natural skin. Each sausage weighs 120g. Bacon diced
With a nice balance between smoked & salt, this bacon is one of the tastiest on the market. Works great in carbonara, pies or stews as a flavor enhancer. Falukorv 65%
The falukorv is a traditional sausage with origin från the northern region of Dalarna. Us at Gudruns makes it accodding to traditinal recepoes and has a meat content of 65% and weighs 1.8 kg / pc packed 2 pcs / pt (3.6 kg). Dimensions 50cmx6,5cmx6,5cm. In terms of taste, the falu sausage has a pleasant neutral taste and is good for gratinating or frying. Always bred, cut, smoked in our own facilities in Gävle, Stockholm and Skövde. Thin slizes of beef (Skav)
Thin slices of frozen beef meat, also called "skav" in swedish, made on the silver side of the beef and is natural in taste. Frozen in leaf cubes of 3x3x0.3 cm and sold in 4 kg package.
