At Fastfood & Café & Restaurant Expo in Stockholm 2027, we are joining forces with our Italian partner Di Marco, the pioneer behind the original Pinsa Romana.
Di Marco's pinsa is known for its perfectly crispy crust, light and airy interior, and exceptional flavour. The secret lies in a unique flour blend, sourdough and a long fermentation process of up to 72 hours. The range includes various sizes and options, including gluten-free alternatives, with solutions for both foodservice and retail, available in chilled, ambient and frozen formats.
But a truly great pinsa deserves equally great ingredients!
At Gastro Import, you'll find everything you need to create exceptional flavour experiences – from Italian mozzarella, burrata and rich tomato products to cured ham, charcuterie, olives, pesto and award-winning olive oils.
