As a family-run business for over 120 years, frischli is one of the most modern and efficient dairies in Germany – and your partner in the professional kitchen when it comes to quality and indulgence.
As a leading specialist for ambient dairy products, we offer a wide range of refined cream and sour cream, yoghurts as well as savoury or sweet sauces and delicious ready-to-serve dessert specialties. Each coming with various fat content levels and pack sizes.
Our aim is to optimally meet your needs - in terms of quality standards and convincingly delicious taste as well as hygiene requirements and practical handling in the professional kitchen.
In addition to a large number of frischlis long-life dairy products, we are also offering fresh dairy products under the GASTRO brand.
Since autumn 2021, we also have a variety of oat-based desserts and further alternatives in our assortment.
