OSCAR® Beef Jus Paste 5 kg

OSCAR® Beef Jus Paste has an authentic taste of roast beef, which you recognize from the frying pan when you cook a steak in the oven. With Beef Jus Paste you get a wonderful taste of beef, but at the same time also the roasted taste you get from the fat layer when it is fried or from bones that are browned. Try a brown base sauce with Beef Jus Paste, and serve with an old-fashioned roast beef.

Bucket with 5 kg of pasta gives 205 liters of jus.

Instructions for use:
• Dosage 25 g per liter of water. The paste can be dissolved in boiling water or added directly to the dish when used as a seasoning.

Storage before and after opening:
• At room temperature.
