ETH 6565 I is an induction cooker in a small and adaptable format. Induction cookers have long been a part of everyday life in our homes, but in commercial kitchens it has looked different. The models that have been on the market have often been large and difficult to fit in a smaller kitchen, such as diet kitchens and kindergartens. We have solved this by developing an induction cooker with dimensions of 650x650mm. The hob is made up of a stainless steel stand with a lower shelf 200 mm above the floor. The cooker has protection class I and enclosure class IP43. There are many accessories: Stainless steel doors, stainless steel base cabinet, front railing, see table on the other side. The cooker is also available in a version with a hot air oven that fits GN 1/1 or as a height-adjustable one.
