By using this smart function, you can, for example, first defrost and ferment a frozen and unleavened bread dough in the Blast Chiller. When the bread is then finished rising, the Blast Chiller notifies this to the oven, which in turn prepares for the bread to be baked into a perfectly evenly baked bread. With SkyDuo, you simply get a smoother workflow while freeing up valuable time!
