Northdry™ G310 GN1/1 – Professional freeze dryer for commercial kitchens Northdry™ G310 is a powerful freeze dryer developed for commercial kitchens and food production. The new model is 20% larger and faster, equipped with 6 GN 1/1 shelves as standard and a reinforced blast chiller for efficient freeze drying of both raw materials and ready-made food. The machine is completely stainless steel (AISI 304) for maximum hygiene and easy cleaning – a requirement for emergency storage and commercial production. Thanks to the Gastronorm standard, trays can be moved directly from, for example, a Rational oven to the freeze dryer, without reloading. The G310 has user-friendly software, remote control, as well as Swedish support, service and warranty.
