It is a commercial pass-through dishwasher for operations that cook and serve from 200 up to 1,800 meals per day. Depending on the daily wash volume, you can use X5 Granule for all your wash needs - pots as well as plates, glasses, and cutlery. Or you can use it as a pot washer, that handles the occasional crockery basket or even doubles as a dishwasher during low season and you don't have to run your regular dishwasher.
