Business Unit Manager Foodservice Sweden

We are now looking for our next Business Unit Manager Foodservice for Fontana. In this key role, you have the overall responsibility for leading, developing and running Fontanas foodservice business within food, beverage and Wine & Drinks.

As Business Unit Manager Foodservice at Fontana, you have the overall responsibility for leading, developing and operating the entire foodservice business, which includes both food, beverages and the Wine & Drinks range of alcoholic beverages. You work according to the company's set strategies and are responsible for both sales and budget to develop new and existing customer relationships and business channels. You lead the commercial foodservice team with six direct reports and create a strong, motivating and results-oriented sales culture. Through clear and coaching leadership, you guide the team towards set goals and create a committed team in a developing work environment. A central part of the role is to develop relationships with our key customers and drive new customer acquisition to grow Fontana's business. You have your own sales responsibility for a key customer and work long-term to build business that contributes to Fontana's continued growth and success. You are responsible for the sales and cost budget within your business area and follow-up on these, with a focus on profitable growth and business development. Together with your team, you drive strategic initiatives and customer activities that strengthen Fontana's position in the market. You work cross-functionally internally to develop and optimize Fontana's product portfolio in foodservice, to meet the market's needs and deliver first-class service. You will have broad contact areas both internally and externally and be an important driving force in Fontana's overall growth journey. The position is located within Sales, and reports to the Head of Sales Retail & OOH and is based out of the head office in Tyresö. The position includes travel and overnight stays.
