About us
Pärlans Konfektyr is a small artisan confectionery in Stockholm dedicated to making deliciously smooth and buttery caramel and caramel sauce. Our sweets are based on a timeless recipe with butter, sugar and cream - the result takes you right back to the real heydays of caramel.
All designed, produced and packed by us in our own factory in Slakthusområdet in Stockholm. Today we work with a wide range of retailers such as deli shops, interior design stores, floral companies but also selected restaurants and cafés.

Our caramels are made using pure and simple ingredients - just sugar, butter and cream. All sweets are made by us in our own factory building in Slakthusområdet south of Stockholm.

Our caramel sauce is made using only pure and simple ingredients - like butter, sugar and cream. Here in a handy squeeze bottle, perfect for ice cream parlors, restaurants or cafés to generously drizzle over ice cream and other desserts. Made by us in our own factory building in Slakthusområdet in Stockholm.

Smooth and buttery caramel with a fine layer of delicate ecological chocolate from our friends at Malmö Chokladfabrik. For all of you who loves the seductive combo of chocolate and caramel, some dipped in dark others in milk chocolate, whatever balances the flavour of the caramel best. Comes in various selections all in our inspiring palette of boxes suitable for every event, big or small.
