About us

MixWell is a family business founded in 1999 by Carl-Gustav Hallqvist and Viveca Sylvén Kadesjö. Since the start, we have grown into an established player in gluten-free foods, and today our products are available in all major grocery chains and pharmacies.

We develop and manufacture gluten-free flours and baking mixes, but also finished frozen products such as pan pizza and pierogies, all produced in our premises that are specially adapted for gluten-free production.

MixWell products are used by bakeries and food industries both in Sweden and internationally.

We currently export to, among others, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Poland and the Netherlands, and our exports are constantly growing in step with new markets.

With a focus on quality, taste and function, we make it easy for our customers to create really good gluten-free products.
