About us
Kassacentralen is a one stop shop supplier for POS systems and payment solutions. We continuously develop our innovative products TruePOS cash register system with several additional services, TruePAY payment terminals, TrueORDER online orders, TruePAD easy mobile cash register and TrueBOOKING booking system. TruePOS is suitable for several different industries such as restaurants, grocery stores, retail, cafes and chains. TruePAD is suitable for slightly smaller businesses. We adapt the cash registers to your wishes and try to tailor your solution as much as possible.
We have extensive experience in the cash register industry and are around 70 employees in 10 cities; Malmö, Stockholm, Göteborg, Gävle, Helsingborg, Kalmar, Halmstad, Eskilstuna, Linköping and Jönköping. We also have some resellers and thus cover all of Sweden. Our goal is to offer you a safe and secure complete solution that helps you streamline and simplify the sales process. We want to reduce our customers’ costs and create added value. Thanks to leases rather than ownership, we can offer support and warranty throughout the contract period. We always aim for a long customer contact where we make sure that you are 100% satisfied.

TruePOS POS-system
TruePOS is our self-developed cash register system that is user-friendly and easy to work with. It has all the smart functions you need, regardless of whether you run a restaurant, grocery store, retail store or café. We adapt the system to suit you and have customized functions for different industries and size of businesses. The cash registers has an easy-to-use touch screen and clear customer display. PROS WITH TRUEPOS Our goal is to offer you a safe and secure overall solution that helps you streamline and simplify the sales process. TruePAY Payment terminals
Our self-developed TruePAY payment terminals are available in three versions; one connected to the cash register, one stand-alone and one wireless All-in-one terminal. To have the same supplier for the payment terminal as for the POS-system means one support for the entire payment system. Save steps in the restaurant and speed up your service! With our wireless All-in-one terminal, the service staff can have the cash register in their pocket everywhere. Enter orders for the kitchen and bar, call for dishes, share the bill and take payment with a printed receipt in one device. The terminal has a large touch screen and can be used on Wi-Fi or a SIM card. Choose between three modes that are suitable for different situations in the restaurant.
TrueORDER Online orders
Let the guests order online for Takeaway or Eat-in with TrueORDER online orders. The guests order with their mobile and pay easily by card or Swish. The order goes to the kitchen and bar and all sales are registered in the cash register. Increase your upselling with QR codes on tables!

Keep track of sales and statistics! TrueCLOUD is our report and administration tool where you get a full overview of sales in real time.
Chef Channel digital kitchen display
Keep your orders organized and save paper with a digital kitchen display system! Have one or more touch screens in the kitchen and bar and send forward when it’s ready. The chits are sorted to the correct screen and by starters, main course and dessert.
Customer Channel order display
Speed up delivery with a pickup screen! Submit orders from Chef Channel and the order number appears on the screen. Combine with en Self service kiosk och TrueAPP for a 100% digital process.
Self service kiosk
Increase sales with add-ons! In TruePOS Self service kiosk, the guest makes their own order and pays directly. The order is printed in the kitchen and bar and is registered in the POS. Combine with Chef Channel and Customer Channel for a 100% digital process!
TrueBOOKING booking system
The booking system with golden lining. TrueBOOKING is a booking system by Kassacentralen for restaurants with a user-friendly interface and efficient guest profiles! Are you using our All-in-one-terminals from TruePAY? Check your booking list of the day directly in the terminal! Check in the guest and start selling instantly, without having to go over to the podium. The guest is automatically checked out when the bill is payed.
TruePAD mobile cash register
TruePAD is an easy mobile POS system created by Kassacentralen. If you use TruePAD in a wireless payment terminal with touch screen, you have a fully mobile cash register with printer. Program and issue reports conveniently from TruePAD Web Admin, wherever you are. Support and assistance is included.
