EKA Gourmet Set 8 pieces
To achieve the right balance and design, EKA1882 Gourmet series has been developed in collaboration with the best Swedish Chefs. Feel the sensational grip of a handsomely sculptured handle, made by a single piece of Scandinavian Curly birch wood, hand oiled and polished for durability and beauty. The Razor-sharp knife blade is made from the Swedish Alleima steel 12C27 and hardened up to 57-59 HRC for the keenest and most lasting edge. The Gourmet Series contains 8 different items: Chef's knife 20 cm, Bread-knife, Fillet-knife, Carving-knife, Carving-fork, Peeling knife 6,5 cm, Peeling knife 10 cm, and Sharpening steel.
