We are proud producers of pre-baked frozen gourmet quality pizza bases and sandwich bread.

All our breads are hand-made with Italian sour dough (lievito madre), stone-oven baked, it takes almost 30 hours to make 1 bread, and the result is a crispy, light and airy bread.
