About us

Juice and workshop located in Kattvik, Skåne since 2018.
Here we produce drinks from Swedish apples directly from our plantations that stretch along our beautiful coast outside Båstad.

Our big concept is to make variety-specific apple juice where taste, aroma and color vary excitingly between apple variety and season. Here, each apple gets to offer its unique character.

Englamust Elderflower / Citrus is a must where different apple varieties are mixed into a fresh apple must. We add elderflowers that we picked ourselves as well as organic lemons. No added sugar but just the apple's own sweetness! Enjoy this thirst quencher where the elderberry and lemon give an exciting touch to the apple juice.

Englamust Cinnamon/Ginger 25cl

Englamust Cinnamon / Ginger is a wonderful apple juice flavored with cinnamon, freshly ground ginger and a pinch of cardamom. This is a real taste sensation that is excellent to serve hot. A wonderful alternative to our mulled wine.

Englamust Kärlek 25cl

Apple juice based on the apple Fanny which is only grown by Kattviks Fruktodling. Here we get a fresh and invigorating must with lovely acid. No additives without color and taste come 100% from apples.

Made from Kattvik's apples and artisanally flavored with spices of the highest quality. Serve well chilled over ice or gently heated. Both with orange zest.
